Post COVID Protocols:

We are now open for clients to come into the building during the exam. The front door will remain locked from the outside and we ask that you call us to let us know you have arrived for your appointment. WHEN YOU ARRIVE CALL 617-773-0008. During the phone call, a staff member will go over a brief history and appointment details. We will then call you back when it is time to come to the front door and a staff member will let you and your pet inside.

As we adjust to the new “normal” and due to space limitations, we have several requests to ask of our clients.

      *Only one family member will be allowed inside the hospital with your pet if possible.

      *Please wear a properly fitted surgical mask inside the hospital (covering the mouth and nose at ALL times). We will have surgical masks available at the door if you do not have one.

      *No food or beverages should be brought inside the hospital.

      *Without an appointment all communication as well as medication and food refills will continue to be done over the phone. Only clients with an appointment will be allowed into the hospital.

      *If anyone in your household is not feeling well for any reason, please do not come inside the building. We will be happy to see you curbside.

      *We are accepting new clients again.

We will continue to offer curbside appointments as an option for all clients since many clients prefer the curbside system. We can also see you curbside if you prefer to not wear a mask or if multiple members of your family are present for the appointment.

Remember to please call when you arrive for your appointment because the front door will remail locked. 617-773-0008
